look into qr codes (quick response codes) some asscoiate them with tagging , do the google thing and read up

If you can connect with a serious end user (and you will probably be waiting for them to come to you), I think most of the appraisals so far are reasonable.

The issue here is the spelling. I personally would have some reservations over developing it because you naturally have to question whether the correct spelling is Tagy or Taggy. Some might say that Taggy is the safer brand. In which case you are competing against another domainer.
