I can't help you with valuation, but if the offer to you seems fair then accept it. If you feel it is worth more counter them with a 50% more than what they offered and take it from there. Alternatively you can message me and tell me what they offered. I'll try and advise you.

I am quite new to the forums but i have read lots of the posts and to be honest and please dont get offended i havent seen you giving an appraisal yet, just quick criticism .

I actually got what i came for ... I got the help i needed , by the comments above i guess the person offering that amount for sydney-accommodation.com is having me on or crazy.
I will sell.

I can't offer an appraisal on sydney-accomodation,the hyphens always throw me off.
MadridEs dot com is a reasonable geo. There are 8100 exact searches for it but few paid adwords sponsors. If its developed like EsMadrid dot com there could be some real value there.

Right now my best guess would be in the +or-$300 range.
