Being a newbie and not being sure of how to evaluate LLLL domains i need your learned advice. Would these be worth $250 each as i am thinking of buying?

Being a Newbie, as you've described ... I'd suggest you take your time and study by reading through the threads, etc. and take a deep breath before commiting $Xxx+ funds, in my view.
