Situation in brief: company was dissolved, it became known to registrar, registrant did not change ownership and is not willing to do so, starting from Sept 2016 this domain is in suspension status. It lasts for three months and a half (at least). Nominet said (in response to my inquiry about availability of this domain) that it's up to the registrar when they will be releasing this domain, and that they can keep it in suspension status continuously till the expiration date.
Something tells me it's not true. Must be time limits for suspension status. Am I wrong?
