Sushmita Sen who was last seen playing a tough lawyer in Main Aisa Hi Hoon will need a legal advisor for herself now. The former Miss Universe is fuming over a Canada-based man who has squatted on the domain name www.sushmitasen.com. Cyber squatting has turned a trend off lately wherein a person registers websites in the names of prominent celebrities and when the star wishes to stake his claim, the squatter parts away with the domain name only when the celebrity agrees to pay him a handsome amount of money.

But Sushmita wont comply to the wishes of this cyber squatter and is all set to take this man from Toronto to court. Lets wait and watch as to what do we get to see on www.sushmitasen.com

The guy has parked the domain, which shows bad faith use. If she files a domain dispute, I think it's likely she'll win. Now if he had put up a fan page, that would have been another matter.

Also there is not TM, or copyright, or company by that name...Even if she had a company she would have to pay to get the domain.

A celebrity makes money off of thier name, hence, they have a TM to thier name. Anyone who profits from anothers name, is a squatter. That is why mny celebrities win thier names back.

If you have a fansite and make ZERO money off of it and do not do anything questionable, that is the price of fame. The owner can usually keep the name.
