Hi all. Just signed up here, and apologies if asking a question like this right out of the gate is rude, but I have this domain that I fully intended to do something fun with, but just haven't had time and don't know when or if I'll ever have time now.

It's a play on "Early Retirement" but with a bitter view because retirement seems so far away. Hopefully the name conveys that, but maybe not. I guess I'm asking if I should bother pursuing this, or selling it, or whatever.

Appreciate any feedback in advance, even if it's negative. Peace!

I thought so, but had to ask due to the negative connotation of the first word "Surly" in your two-word combo.

"Surly is an adjective that means bad-tempered, rude, and unfriendly. It describes someone who is in a grumpy mood, acts hostile, or refuses to be polite."

Were you thinking of spinning it into a comedy skit or satire project?

Other than that, most times, new start-ups don't want to be associated to negativity, unless it's part of their target niche and audience.

In my opinion the word "sur" is Danish
In Danish it can be used in two different ways:
a) It can be the taste: i.e. sour
b) It can be an emotion: i.e. to be sur .... a very special way to be "not happy",

Yep, that's my youtube channel. Long story as short as possible, a friend talked me into starting a "Two GenXers chatting" channel, he felt it would get a lot of hits, but I'm not so sure. We did 2 episodes, he didn't want to be actively involved, so he bailed on the project. And it's been sitting dormant ever since. Just got an announcement that the domain name was expiring, and didn't know if I should hang onto it or not.
