I'm new and trying to be well informed on ethics on buying,selling domains and do's and dont's and having a domain name before trademark without traffic or purpose .

if, you come in with a sense of ethics, always seeking to take the ethical course of action and don't get swayed by the temptation to be dishonest or run schemes, etc then you'll be okay.
