NP$ Bank and Exchange.....(I'm confused..)

I'm just a little confused about how it works.

Does it cost NP$ to buy from the bank and if you want to buy from the bank it has to be 200 or more?

If I want to sell NP$ to the bank I have to sell 400 or more and say at this time I only have 29NP$ I can't do either.

I think the bit that gets me is the Sell Back NP$ "Bank Price: $0.012 per NP$" and Purchase New NP$ "Bank Price: $0.023 per NP$" What does that mean?

you can sell your np$ to a fellow member on this forum;

usually 50np$ is U.S.$1
np$ X 0.02 (which is already a good rate)

200 NP$ and 400 NP$ are the minium amount for buying and selling at the Bank. There is no handling charge.

Sell Back NP$ "Bank Price: $0.012 per NP$" - it means you can sell 100 NP$ to Bank for $1.2 real money.

Purchase New NP$ "Bank Price: $0.023 per NP$" - it means you can buy 100 NP$ from Bank for $2.3 real money.

All transaction is done by paypal.

you can also get other currency in np$ auction like egold moneybookers etc but for this types auctions only few do but dont know all time
