Suggestion for Rep System

Hey,

It'd be cool if we could see who left +rep or even giving users the option to show the person they are sending the +rep to that they sent it.

Depending on the comment, you might be able to figure it out

the problem is you could end up with a rep war of sorts. If someone gives you negative rep and you know who it is, even if they gave you bad rep for a very good reason the chances are you are going to go to them and give them bad rep straight back. And of course the opposite is the same if someone gives you good rep you will look out to give them good rep whether they deserve it or not.

Although the rep system is not a great indicator of how good someone is as a member (and most people I believe including me ignore it most of the time) it would still be skewing the results to those who do take any notice.
