domain PokerPlayoff.COM - What is it worth?

We recently won this domain in an auction and paid a hefty price for it. We are looking at multiple options and would like expert opinion on each of the following possibilities:

a) Launch a "Best Of The Best" Poker Playoff Contest Site - can this be legally based in USA? Or should the domain addr/company be moved to Gibralter or Bahamas to operate?

b) Sell the domain to the pros? Who? What is it worth on a Domain Auction?

c) Just leave it as is..

You should sell it as fast as possible for close to or higher than what you bought it for because online poker is slowly decreasing in popularity and there are so many sites involved with massive budgets, it would be hard to get in the mix right now. Good luck!

Where? If anything it is increasing. I play poker, and there is no dying trend here. Unless there are stats saying there is a "minor" decrease, but that always fluxuates.

Hey folks great discussion - I would agree with "crazy" according to late last weeks earnings release from UK Based PartyPoker.com (founded by my S Asian/Indian brothers) it is significantly decreasing - taking the stock down 33 percent in a day then down from there till date...

I am in contact with them to help launch a global poker contest site under PokerPlayoff.com - they have expressed some interest..we may go ahead and get it working with their help..lets see if they help us build a good business...

Jeff - yes we paid a lot for it..even last week something like babyseats.com sold for $14,000 - I guess someone wanted it real bad..we probably made a mistake..but the domain market is on a major comeback and hope some investments are worth it.

Did anyone read the Newsweek article from Jul - Internet for sale?
