Submiting TR Error

Trying to submit TR to a user here at NPs and im getting the following error:

There seems to have been a slight problem with the NamePros.Com database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

EDIT: Seems its adding it to the users TR BUT i kind of done it a few to many times:

Hope -RJ- or someone can sort the above out sorry

(Just deleting the TRs it left as i did it about 7 times)

Went through the same thing in the past. They're supposedly working on it, but you know that -RJ- fella, he never does a thing around here.

I also reported this a long time ago... It only appears to be when you submit TR to a user that you haven't had a transaction with before..
