Database error when submitting TR

I've just made a few transactions (forgot to copy source code, sorry!) BUT I think that I've found that it only happens with members that you have not traded with before.
I made a transaction with someone I've never traded with before and the error occured, I made another error with the person and it didn't occur.
Might be related lol.

Ok, got the error again, and copied the source code as requested.
