Everyday about 1-3pm hong kong time, I cant login to namepros, always see this error. Whats wrong?

i think it's maintenance routine i see it everyday here and it happens at exactly 4pm and wait usually 10 to 20 minutes and it will be back online.

Usually about 20 minutes, that is when backups are made.
