Subdomains

Recently purchased a domain name reg'd at goodaddy and i want to create 3 maybe 100 subdomains for it.
A few questions?

Does creating subdomains increase or decrease value come time to sell it?

Anybody want to share indexing at search engines experience regarding subdomains good or bad?

How is goodaddy subomain service and who do you use or like better?

Good idea or bad idea to create subdomains?

I suppose that the number od subdomains dos not influence on the price at all.

I had a domain with 10 subdomains - each subdomain was a category on the website.

Each sub domain linked to the main domain.

The main domain got PR 3 really quickly. As soon as I stopped using the subdomains, the main domains PR dropped almost immediately.

So if you see PR as something that increases value, then subdomains could help.

Thanks for the information,been studying and learning.
Maybe creating a seperate page would be easier and more beneficial than subdomains,especially if you move registrars and they want more for domains.

Subdomains do not increase value of a domain. The best way to optimize a low traffic domain is: development! Whatever or not it is worth spending time on development also depends on the actual domain.
