Dejan, just for future reference, remember that your 'prospective buyer' may be a member here, or just a visitor browsing the site and read the replies to your question, also do not forget these posts are indexed in search engines, so perhaps on an open forum is not the best place to ask such a question in future.

I think a better place might be in the chatroom, but of course if the 'prospective buyer' is a member they could be in there as well.
