I've had this domain for quite some time now and I have just renewed it but looking to sell as I will not be using it anymore.

An appraisal would be awesome.

It's currently getting around 1-2 unique hits a day (Although it is not being used) and I believe it could be a very desirable name to someone in the web development business who adheres to strict coding standards (i.e. strict xhtml etc)
