TrickOrTreat - this is a seasonal domain name, which as a result, can severely limit your traffic. If you look at google's insights for search, you can see the search volume peaks near October, and then dwindles down the rest of the year (More like crashes entirely).
Streak.info hmmm. The .net/.org/.biz/.me are all parked. You could try to pitch the domain to the owners of streak.com/.co (same company). I don't know why they'd want it though.
Search volume is okay. Nice CPC ~ $5. Low competition. Dictionary word. You could develop a nice little niche site for this one.
Valuation Mid to High $XX.
As you know, the .info extension lowers the domain value (from a domainer's point of view), compared to the .com/.net/.org... Perhaps you could get lucky and find the right end-user that just doesn't care about the .info.
