Strange Google behaviour

Hello! I have this arcade website named nettipelit, which I am trying to make top 1 for the keyword "nettipelit" in Google.fi. I am facing strange behaviour. My page is going from page 3 to 4 and otherwise many times. Does Google change it algorithms everyday? Why do my placement decrease when my links are keeping to grow? Any ideas?

I think it depends upon the backlinks you are getting. They may be from spammy sites.
