There are a few potential endusers (clubs) at least... so not bad... up to mid $x,xxx.

Stigma is a negative keyword. Even for advocacy purposes, I would use something else, probably .org and a different keyword. This one is hard to use and I don't see a commercial purpose.

Well it can developed but - it's unlikely somebody will buy it. End users generally buy domains for business, so they should be commercially viable, usable in commerce.
