I was just in the auction for Encyclopedia.org and was outbid, it looks like it sold for just under $15K and I think a great buy by the person whom acquired it, read more on my thoughts on the blog or comment here was Encyclopedia.org a steal?

It seems someone paid $9,988 for the domain in 2023 (expired) and then let it expire again.

How many people actually use encyclopedias now though? I used the books all the time when I was a kid. But I haven't used one in years. I haven't even gone to an encyclopedia site lately. AI usually gives me the answers. Though I do regularly visit dictionary sites to research domains.
