Shows up as the 7th result on google for 'state exams' last I checked and 6th on yahoo and 8th on MSN, and has a long history to it dating back to 2006 with always steady traffic which tends to be volatile based on the months. The site is full setup as a directory for state exam companies to list themselves. They can pay a sponsorship fee for a set price that is back in the admin. I can give you a personal tour to how it works and you will probably be impressed, it was all custom made to suit the needs of the project.

Everything works via pay-pal IPN to automatically have a customers link become top priority after paying, and even banner rotation is rather simple.

If you are interested in this domain with it's PR and history, and CTR % rate of 3.2, with an average monthly income of $3-7 lately (but at one point when it first started it was making $20 to $30 monthly... not sure what happened but I think it lost some position somewhere) then please contact me. I can show you all the history for those interested. If you have a mac I can even do screen sharing to legitimize further.

Please send any offers to [email protected] and I will consider them carefully. Domain is registered at domainsite for easy push.

What sort of price are you looking for Joe?

I'm looking for something in the $400-$600 range preferably since it's a completely working site with PR and making a bit of money every month. I am open to debate however, I paid $1200 to get it created back 3 years ago when I was playing with it.
