DNFinder.com, is an established website with PR 3 for sale earning roughly an average of $100 a month (some months will have nothing and others with 2 sales of $99 of the software which evens out). It's flag ship software product is domain name finder, listed on version tracker and downloads.com and will come with the sale of the site. Domain is registered until 2010 at domainsite, is very simple to push.

Program is coded in RealBasic and I can modify the program to your company name for a fair hourly fee or you can hire a coder from rentACoder or forums.realsoftware.com. The language allows for the program to work on Mac Os X and Windows XP, of which the majority of customers are about 50/50 right now, most of the high paying customers on the Mac side. I will give you my database as well of all clients that currently own the software, which is somewhere in the hundreds that you can then turn around to try and make more sales to.
Please make a reasonable offer, the site easily will pay for it's self. I am selling because I am working full time as an x-ray tech and do not wish to manage this by myself.
As a side note, I am also interested in people that are willing to affiliate or help sell the software, if you wish to take that direction I give 60% of the sales commission to you.
