Of course they are, there is always a market for quality names irrespectve of extension.

Punt these around Real Estate / vacation brokers etc in each of the states, should find buyers at reasonable prices.

CC domain might also fit junior or .CommunityCollege.. so state names fit these well. In any case, I believe state name domains will come into their own.
