StartupClan - Loads of hand reg available as good as yours. Making yours low value as it's not unique to be of value. That said, it's not terrible, is a .com, and some end users do buy from aftermarkets.

WebSEO.io - SEO companies want a good name, and ideally on .com as their niche is about
online professionalism. "Web" is kind of redundant in an SEO name as that's what SEO is (ie you don't SEO anything else, like a car, or house etc). .io TLD is picking up a bit, but not for basic keywords like yours IMO.

starucci.com - No idea what this is or how it could be used. Is there a niche this relates to?

If the right end user sees your domain names they might pay more than I've valued them at, any figure is possible, but with the above domains I don't believe this will happen as that scenario is rare.
