I have a licenced copy of XPanel, a web hosting managment script used to setup free hosting companies like http://www.125mb.com/ , http://www.doteasy.com/ and http://www.be-hosted.com/.

This program normaly cost $99. I'm selling it for $65, a 30% saving. It comes with the licence code and free lifetime upgrades. Why? I've changed hosting providers and now run FreeBSD and DirectAdmin so I no longer need this program.

XPanel is currently in use by many free web host providers to allow users to create websites on their servers in exchange for advertising space on the users html pages. Many of these free host providers also see upgrades where users can pay a monthly fee to remove the advertising on their pages, add more space to their account, and add other options to their accounts. XPanel is also being used by school, colleges and universities to provide web space to their students and faculty.

It integrates with paypal and 2checkout so your users can automaticly upgrade to paid services.

It handles registration, account creation and billing.

Dedicated server running on Linux platform, with at least two IP address and root access. example
Apache Web Server
MySQL 4.X.XX
PureFTPD 1.0.2X

The software is written in perl. The licenese is transferable. I paid via paypal and have the licence, password for downloading updates, etc..

All software is transferable.

I don't know about that. I didn't see anything on their site stating that. I know of some scripts that are not transferrable. Anyway, I'll email the XPanel staff and find out, I'm definitely interested.

9. NON TRANSFERABILITY
Neither this License nor any rights or licenses granted hereunder may be assigned, transferred, delegated, sublicensed or time shared without the prior written consent of XPanel. Any such assignment, transfer, delegation, sublicense or time sharing in breach of this undertaking is void and results in the immediate termination of this License.
