I am selling my licensed copy of XPanel. This is a lifetime license and includes all future XPanel updates. XPanel is a professional free web hosting script. You can offer hosting for your customers in exchange for advertising space.

After the sale, I will contact Lilian (author of XPanel) with your name, email address, and site url, and he will get my license transferred to you. You will also get the username and password to the download area to download the latest versions of the XPanel script.

You can install the script yourself using the included userguide, or with the free installation script provided by XPanel (cheapest and easiest way), or pay the author $30 USD Lilian to install it on your server for you. The script author does not charge any additional license transfer fees.

Server Requirements:
1.) Domain Name(s) (you need one, but you can have more)
2.) Dedicated server (VPS works for smaller hosts) on Linux, Preferred OS: Fedora Core 2,3,4.
3.) 2 IP address on the server
Note: To display ads on php pages, you need Apache 2 with mod_ext_filter
