My brain instantly went to 'speedy' referring to the DELIVERY, moreso than the in-store service...
Everyone wants things from the florist pretty quickly, but quick delivery is sometimes a problem in the city; I think if you were to invest an hour or two placing a little clipart logo of a cartoon car speeding along with a big bouquet hanging out the window, and some adsense or other links to florists' delivery services, possible end users will have the meaning of this name all spelt out for them upon visiting the page...
But, whichever way you go, whether referring to in-store or delivery or both, I like it... let's say a 'medium' amount. Even better than fastflorist.com, since 'speedy' has more zing to it and infers the obvious speed, efficiency, but with a touch of playfulness to it as well.
To a reseller, maybe hi xx to low xxx, even xxx if they have a strong feel for being able to resell it, since decent flower names are becoming good bi'ness these days.
end users, maybe med to high xxx, slightly more if motivated as you know. Approach a chain/franchise, and if they like its message of course you can write a higher ticket.
Not a boring name, but not huge zing either; kind of nicely balanced in-between, which seems appropriate for a florists
