There might be end users for this name.
I see several websites ranking on the first page for the term and also having a similar domain name.
There is a .CO as the first search result for the term.

Make a list of these companies, email them and ask for $450 - $750 for the name.

I believe this one is worth the outbound short if you plan to sell.
If you wish to develop, that's a whole new story. Website, SEO, ranking etc.

but with the name, I believe approaching the right way, this can be sold.
