As far as I know, there are no plans for IDN.mobis.

Actually.. There is plans for Chinese and European IDN domains in the future. According to Mr. Pinky they have talked about this before because Chinese which is a big mobile market uses Chinese IDN's aswell as European Countries use special characters. No date set but yes they are looking into this.
