sparknames.com question about auth code

Does anyone know how to get the EPP authorization code for a domain at sparknames?

they are absolutely useless.
no reply to messages, and I have no idea how to get my EPP code.
Also, their SSL certificate has expired, even renewing through them is dangerous.
Anyone know anything about them or how to get the EPP code?

Steve, I will go ahead asap and post my experience with them.
In the mean time, I paid through paypal to renew a name. I got the receipt and all, and the name was not renewed!!!
heck, it even shows a different expiration date than that of the whois (which shows today).
They are an eNom reseller it seems. Anyone know if I can do anything about this through eNom. It looks like the site is dead.
expired SSL, copyright shows 2006, no support...etc...
