just the way domainers spam or offer there domain to end users

I had a domain with them that I let expired - BankNews.org, I don't need this domain anymore.
Why I need a .biz?

they used lastname + family keyword :P

Oh!! Thats really bad.. It seems you are spammed badly.

just opt out of there mailing list. That will stop this.
