I just tried Spaceship.com. They're a NameCheap brand and launched their beta. I think they rightfully deserve a thread on NP to discuss our experiences with their new registrar.

Remember, it's still in beta so do expect some glitches, work to be done... Would be cool in someone from NC would care to chip in @tamar

Even 2 days ago I transferred another 18 domains for consolidation, but to be honest I renewed a few on other registrars because without the small discount to pay a little of my time it's a bit of a hassle to do transfers... and it's a win-win for you too, because I always try to sell Spaceship registered domains at SellerHub!

Can we get Namecheap auctions at Spaceship? Because OML, Namecheap sucks, no default DNS settings for TXT record verifications and bulk management is terrible, plus renewals costs double... how are domainers bidding on there?!

@Spaceship I was considering to upgrade my Essential hosting plan to a Pro one, and it turned out that your fabulous discounts doesn't apply to your exiting customers:

I might understand your policies encouraging new customers buying your additional services with huge discounts;
I understand very less why you penalize your exiting loyal customers:

By any chance you considering applying some kind of discount to your additional service to your exiting customers too?

I mean:
maybe not so huge as per the new customers but still, something that encourages your existing customer spending more mone in your services?

Just wondering, of course.

Send at roadmap as well, but writing also here for other users opinions.

Would be really great to have the ability to list spaceship names to other marketplaces except sellerhub directly from control panel (like dynadot does for sedo and an), it offers huge time saving and control.

I understand that seems like competing yourself as you own sellerhub (my favourite and most profitable marketplace this year) but would be a big plus for big portfolios to be transferred there. Actually i would transfer all my names there with this ability.

Forgot to write that with this way actually account is conencted with the marketplaces accounts at sedo and afternic so no need for verification as name are already at connected registrar account.
