Spaceship.com recently launched a new Marketplace section, and as NamePros has given me the go-head, I think the company deserves its own thread for NP domain marketplace users to converse in.

https://www.spaceship.com/sellerhub/

Personally speaking, I will be setting up a new Spaceship.com account this weekend and going to work investigating its various features, options and policies.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

Aside from the fact that I couldn't save LTO settings, I was wondering why I need to specify the Full Price again. That's cumbersome. BIN is already present for all my domains, and it should take those values.

Once LTO can be implemented via CSV, that will be the only method I use.

LTO option will be activated only when a seller receives an offer ?? or now for everybody ?

.
It’s available for landers now. Before it was only available in chat.

Got a response from Spaceship regarding LTO settings not getting saved.
We would like to let you know that to enable LTO (Lease-to-own), it’s required to complete all the payment fields — including:

- Down payment
- Installments
- Final payment

If any of these fields are left blank, the system won’t allow the offer to be activated. Once all fields are filled in, you should be able to turn it on successfully. Please make sure to fill in the "Final payment" option.

Very, very cumbersome again.

Thank you to everyone who is pushing Spaceship's Seller Hub forward. If they can achieve a sales platform that is roughly equivalent to what Dan offered, the world will be a much better place for domain investors and sellers.

The LTO has been rolled back, for now. Some unfixed glitches.

@Marina Savina

Ideally, the LTO settings will:
  • Automatically use the existing BIN price without requiring re-entry.
  • Allow optional fields to be left blank if not needed.
  • Support bulk uploads via CSV.
  • In General LTO Settings, you can define multiple default LTO configurations with different tiers, including the number of installments and any predefined down payments. When (manually) enabling LTO for a specific domain, these general defaults are populated/applied automatically, but you can override them as needed.

@Marina Savina @Spaceship
Hello. I have also noticed a very strange way of crediting funds for domain sales in currencies other than USD. All my domains are listed in the marketplace in USD. If a domain is purchased in another currency, I should receive the domain’s sale amount minus the commission. But right now, this is what happens:
Show attachment 282490
Show attachment 282491
599 USD – 5% fees = 569.05 USD
4,057.78 USD – 3,488.73 USD = 569.05 USD

But this strange way of crediting funds - first adding the amount and then partially deducting it - only creates more confusion and problems. I would prefer to simply see an incoming payment for the correct amount in USD, and that’s it, just like it currently happens when a domain is sold in USD. In the case when I need to show my auditor an account statement for tax calculations, how will I be able to explain these credit and deduction amounts to him? They don’t match the amounts in the domain documents available in the panel.

Ah almost everywhere (except AN) same problem for me (and all EU Companies i assume) , accounting and auditing becomes a nightmare, different amounts at documents provided, different amounts arrive etc. I miss DAN for such cases, let's hope Spaceship Seller Hub will fix all these as already they have so good site.

Unfortunately, this was true yesterday but not today as the LTO option is again off for a while due technical issue to fix [ unless you already set up an LTO for a selling domain].

Plus @Marina Savina , it would be better, IMHO, to fix all the issue before any official release:

Right now [ tried it yesterday 08/09/25 6pm CEST] was not possible to set only a %downpaynent plus EQUAL rates for the LTO lifespan, as we have to set up a %downpaynent plus the numbers of the rates and then the LAST %amount, that doesn't make too much sense as it involves maths calculations by our side.
