yeah thats right, central NIC has overtaken many domain names and few of my domains like

digi.space
and Apple inc took icloud.space ):

i understand those names under Central NIC are for auctions

If you see Centralnic in whois (like sample below), that means the domain is going to auction because there were more than 1 order during Landrush. If you registered same domain in different registrars then you are going to auction against yourself.

i am not in auction for digi.space, i was checking few top domain names directly on who.is i found digi.space over there which i missed
sorry about it , if we two are in auction then we would have made some deal here lol

rest all was booked by me .
icloud.space is taken by apple inc, advertisement and advertisements will be in auction i believe,looks like CentralNic Ltd is for the auction holding place, i thought it was a company who bought the domains.

Where do they get the notion that someone will be willing to pay a 3.75k or 7.5k renewal per year?

Yes, I've had experience. You will get an email from your registrar and a second one from namejet to notify you of the auction with start date being about one week after you get the message. Auction will last about one week.

Just received emails that 7 out of 9 .space domains are going to auction starting on 2/11 and ending 2/18. Don't know what the holdup is for the other 2 names, but I suspect someone placed Landrush orders at multiple registrars and they are trying to remove duplicates.
