Thanks. But I had domains at OVH several years ago.
They have differentsites back then : An english site for people from Great Bittain only, a dutch site for people of the Netherlnds only and a French site for people from France and Belgium only.
I found it ridiculous , because there was a promotion on another site, but because I didn't live there I couldn't get that promotion.
It's years ago and I don't know how they eveolved.
And the phonecosts : for France/the French site it was a special number with high costs to phone the helpdesk. And everything seemed quite complicated.

Don't know however if it's still the case.

@Domainstore - thanks, the OVH site was confusing, I couldn't find a simple pricelist so sometimes the prices feed to TLDList wrong then they actually aren't the deals they've advertised. Sometimes it's not worth the hassle.

Of course I cannot test since I don't own any EU - the Renewal prices are 35 Euro, so IF they did a EU transfer for the discount 0.45 Euro, then you'd have to transfer again in a year
They did not list EU transfer prices on their price list page
