ok i hope i don't miss anything, but i'm looking for:

- less than $4/month
- server located in the states
- approx. 1 gb space / 10 gb bandwidth (no more than 5/50)
- lamp
- 10+ mysql databases
- php5 (preferably both php4 and php5)
- 10+ addons (preferably ~20)
- 10+ subdomains
- 10+ email accounts or forwarding addresses
- cpanel w/ fantastico
- 99.5% uptime guarantee or better (wouldn't mind stats)
- i don't want to hear from nixism

please also tell me any other features you might have, like dns control, ftp accounts, etc. i don't want 10gb/10gb or 1gb/1000gb type accounts. please also post a few sites that you host so i can check speed.

and you get bonus points if you can offer multiple cpanel logins (2-5ish).
