The real cost (i.e. not from resellers) of 1 terabyte of bandwidth per month would be well over $10 per month (and that's just the bandwidth..)

If you need that much bandwidth (oversellers won't physically be able to provide all that by the way; you'll get suspended within days), I'd suggest you go for a dedicated server with VolumeDrive - their servers come with a 10 Mbit unmetered connection, hence you could get 3.3 terabytes of bandwidth per month from that. And their servers start at ~$65 p/m (with cPanel) which is quite cheap for 10 Mbit unmetered.

Anyone that replies offering you this deal for under $55 p/m would be lying - they wouldn't actually let you use all that space and bandwidth.

Feel free to ignore me here, although what I say is 100% the truth.

If someone does offer you this package for $10 per month (or even, as I say, under $55 per month), they'd be lying to you.

Edit: In other words, if you want quality host from someone that doesn't completely oversell, either raise your budget six-fold, or give up on the idea to host videos.

OR ignore me, and go for HostGator or Dreamhost. You'll then be suspended within days. The choice is yours

Based on what your specified, I would strongly recommend either a VPS or a dedicated server. And expect to pay up to $30-50/month for 1TB of bandwidth and 100-200GB of hard drive.

This is because, if you plan to use that much bandwidth, chances are, you will be using up a lot of resources. And because of this fact, no shared hosting will be able to withstand your website's activities.

The reason you see big websites offering packages close to this is because if you read their TOS very carefully. They talk about using resources. Big companies are VERY strict on resource-use, so... this is the reason why we say, you probably won't get to use 10% of that.
