Something's wrong but until now I can't figure it out

I was able to install a guestbook server meaning free guestbook services on another folder with no problem and on same server, but now using a domain name it just won't work, when you signup for an account it appears that it's alright and I see it will be entered into mysql but when you try to login to it, you can't login and it says you need to enter full details.

the script came from prozilla.com guestbook
can anybody tell me what's wrong? how can i fix it? anybody experience this error and was able to fix it?

It's not very clear on the problem you're experiencing. Maybe it's restricted to a certain domains? Was there an error message in the server log? Does the script have a forum to ask/search for similar questions?

update: errors fixed. i figured it out.
