Someone copied my site

A new site has copied everything from my site even the ad space banner. lol! :D

They also own the server on which the site was hosted.

What are the steps for them to take down the site?

Any ideas are much appreciated.

It's best to remove the offending site in your post Bentong per guidelines explained in the posted guide.
I'll have a look and see what i can find out for you

Just one question, the site was hosted @ www .manilahosting.net and they are using their own nameservers.

Do you have any idea where to find manilahosting.net is also hosted?
