I can not believe that this goes so easy. I tried yesterday to set up my domain and was thinking that I changed the cname because it was not resolving. Than later on I wrote to Namecheap and asked where I can see the history of cname entries. I got this:

Hello Robert,

Thank you for contacting Namecheap Support Team!

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed reply.

Regrettably, the status Server Hold has been assigned to your domain name ++++++++ by Registry.

In order to fix the issue, please contact the domain's Registry at https://radix.website/contact as soon as possible and follow their instructions then.

Feel free to update this ticket if you have any questions or concerns.

I contacted Radix and got this:

Hello Robert,

We see that your domain has been suspended by "Phishtank" as they suspect your domain to be involved in Phishing. Therefore we would request you to kindly contact Phishtank and have the domain unsuspended, you can check the below link:
https://www.phishtank.com/

Once the domain is delisted kindly let us know and we will initiate communication with the registry and ask them to unsuspend the domain name.

Kindly check and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
Hari

Is it really so easy? To report a plain blog for phishing and they simply suspend domain without notice?

On the flip side of the coin we all of us receive regular spam from Chinese and other spammers - meaningless spam with Chinese writing, ads touting Viagra, SEO offers, app making, business funding, sweepstakes and lottery wins, silly domain offers, etc. and even reporting these via SpamCop.net to their admin, hosting and even backbone doesn’t always get them shut down.

Where did you get this information ? Do you have any proofs? You didn’t provide any facts as I see. Here are my facts:
see screenshots. just two of the lot.
you may PM me your site access log for the month. I'll analyse it, most likely traces of links to the malicious source(s) should be there. They always come back.

I can see that you've been on the forum for a long time. It's very odd that you don't read the responses to your own posts more carefully. The response on the previous page of the topic contains detailed information about why we are currently on the Spamhaus DBL. We get onto the list automatically, and we vanish from the list just as automatically. In our case, a Spamhaus positive doesn't show us in a negative light, it just confirms that we have a large number of users (over 2.5 million). We sent out millions of emails every day, but they aren't spam - the emails only go to our users. We use the SendGrid service for our newsletters. This kind of thing happens all the time.

Many of the negative reviews are a result of PhishTank functioning in an irresponsible way. The lack of adequate checks in PhishTank has caused CryptoBrowser® to be added to various fishing sites by mistake. This erroneous PhishTank listing helped scammers steal our users' funds. The false positive also provoked a surge of negativity that has done great damage to the reputation of CryptoCompany in general and the CryptoBrowser® brand in particular. The PhishTank database is quickly copied to a large number of anti-phishing resources, including virustotal.com, and reaches many antiviruses from there. PhishTank and other services do not make any official announcements to correct these kinds of mistakes, so there is no way to undo the process.

We have never distributed any malware whatsoever. The screenshots provided above show the Spamhouse detection, which is not a negative example (I have already explained why). The second sceenshot (a false positive detection of one of our installer versions) is, in turn, a consequence of Phishtank's false positive listing (I have also commented on this above). So the original source of the following false positive detections was indeed Phishtank.

In fact, it demonstrates that, in your last posts, you were attempting to slander CryptoBrowser® using totally unconfirmed information.

@vadim.cryptobrowser Seems to me that if your claiming a wrongdoing by Phishtank has caused you a substantial monetary loss your legal team should be engaging with theirs for some sort of compensation. Isn't this the ultimate goal?

Sorry if I've stated the obvious or something that has already been mentioned.

It's your website, manage it the way you deem fit. Matter closed.
