2. You can try it, but there will be always only one that will be used. You cannot setup more NS/A records... if there are, there will still be picked just one of those.
1) For most parking companies you are not allowed to add backlinks once the domain is parked. You need to read the parking companies ToS carefully to see if they allow this practice or not.
2) Yes, if you use Above.com to do the switching between parking companies.
You can put your name and a service description in your sig, Then hope people will copy and paste your name into their browser, Giving you nice unique visitors from forums.

A lot of people do this with Youtube videos, where they publish a lot of videos with their domain at beginning, middle, and end of video.
We get a lot of hits like that and it does well. Just something to consider!
As far as parking at two parking companies, yes this can be done directly via your DNS.
If you have your domain at a registrar, simply use their DNS and set two identical A-records:
domain.com (ip address of parking company 1)
domain.com (ip address of parking company 2)
*.domain.com (ip address of parking company 1)
*.domain.com (ip address of parking company 2)
This will create a round robin DNS rotation. It won't be 50-50, but will come pretty close to it. It's sort of like flipping a coin in the air.
On Namepros it is allowed in signature regardless if you have a link or just as text.
Our parking company, Bodis.com, also allows regardless of a link or not.
Other competitors and forums may have different set of rules. Fact is, if we don't want the traffic from forums we can easily filter it out wherever necessary so it is not a problem for us.
