Some rare "The Who" collectables.

My friend has some really well what I think is rare The Who memorabilia and he would like to know how much they are possibly worth. He is thinking of putting them up on eBay so I decided to ask you guys.

He has:

The Original Woodstock 1969 contract between The Who and Woodstock. Original Signatures and all.

Two mint condition records of the album Tommy by The Who

And...

A rejection letter from EMI records to sign The Who.

Nice! I would bet my left arm that he could get a big chunk of moola from the contract, not so sure about the letter, but I would believe that someone would snap up the contract for a fair price.
