Seller should learn the basic knowledge of what to do when a product is SOLD. I rest my case.

Flora.

Ya, I agree with you Flora. A deal is not done until you have the money, and the other person has the domain. If Flora was willing to pay immediately, and you didnt even have a deal with the other person, you should have sold it to Flora in my opinion.

The deal had been made though, the buyer just did not have an ev1 account and I had just forgotten to post that in np (it had been hours after the fact) and I had mistakenly figured noone would be interested anyway in a domain with no traffic and if any traffic it would be from china. This did not however give missflora the right to pm badger the buyer and myself...

I do not want to trash this thread but this seller is simply too ignorant and I just have to defend myself in this case.

I only PMed the well so-called "buyer" at that time for an offer to have the domain before it is officially sold. ONE Pm only. And for you, maximumhost as the seller, I did officially state purchasing the domain before it is sold to Kerr. You said No, even though an official deal has NOT been made between you and kerr. And Kerr did not even state the domain is SOLD. I gave you offers as a purchaser, is that what you called "badger"? Reason why I gave you a negative is because you said it is unfair to sell the domain to both parties now but the truth is that you SOLD it to Kerr though I state it SOLD officially in the public. So literally, you choose your buyers. What's the point of a thread? You should have just messaged all the buyers you like and ask them to buy it. So folks before you buy a domain or even state a domain SOLD, you guys should pm maximumhost and wonder if he flavours you before you're allowed to buy it. And who knows he might have many private sales on all of them too. So beware before you pay this seller for "your" domain, it might already have been "SOLD" to someone else. I have all the rights to buy the domain you're up for sale with a price. It is openly shown "up for sale for $4". I also have all the right to PM Kerr if he will be interested to let me have the domain. If he did buy the domain before me, he would have posted it SOLD in this thread right away as well. The reason he did not is because there is no official deal at that point of time. There is an official deal confirmation only after I stated purchasing the domain and that maximumhost choose to sell it to Kerr. Coincidence that both buyer and seller "forget" to post SOLD? It is after many hours that I stated SOLD.

anyway, even if the domain is free now, I will not want to have do business with such a seller ever.

Regards,
Flora.

From flora's 2nd pm:
chinally.com
You are obligated to sell the domain to whoever post "SOLD" the earliest even though there are many private negotiations. Since no confirmed agreement is made. But I won't mind knowing what price have you negotiated with Kerr. So I'll wait to hear from you.

I'm not obligated to do anything, and I sure as hell am NOT going to be bullied by you. Mods should close this thread already btw, as they've been notified. I'm not sure why it's still open and she is still able to flame me after posting a rediculous TR. Get over yourself, miss. The world does not revolve around you.

I felt as though I was getting builled to from the pm i recived with regards to the domain from the named person who wanted to buy it like She had the rights to the domain period . Whats this **** about me forgetting to post sold!! I was the customer buying the name A deal is a deal simple as.

The reason not posted sold was I had the domain transfered not up to me to post if sold or not I am the customer

I wont be builled either or made guilty for buying the domain

Sorted thanks

Still awaiting a response from the mods regarding this issue

Bullied? You guys did not make the SOLD post, who will know if the domain is sold or not? Only you guys know it. And who knows many domains are also "sold". Yet you expect buyers to buy domains that are literally SOLD. Who are the bullies here? If you do not expect people to buy domains by posting SOLD, then do not post a selling thread with a fixed price. That way people will not post SOLD for domains that are literally gone. Simple as that. Not saying you guys are scamming or anything but many scams can happen with buyer and seller who do not even care about telling others not to buy certain domains that are SOLD. Your deal in your word is a deal WHEN it is known to the public since a selling thread is being set up. If there's no thread, no one cares if it is a private sale or not.

If you read your (maximumhost) TR properly, it only means you're not being a responsible seller.

And yes the domain is not some sort of premium or anything and I got over it. But I have to clearly state my ground, not to be bullied by seller.

Flora.
