I do not want to trash this thread but this seller is simply too ignorant and I just have to defend myself in this case.
I only PMed the well so-called "buyer" at that time for an offer to have the domain before it is officially sold. ONE Pm only. And for you, maximumhost as the seller, I did officially state purchasing the domain before it is sold to Kerr. You said No, even though an official deal has NOT been made between you and kerr. And Kerr did not even state the domain is SOLD. I gave you offers as a purchaser, is that what you called "badger"? Reason why I gave you a negative is because you said it is unfair to sell the domain to both parties now but the truth is that you SOLD it to Kerr though I state it SOLD officially in the public. So literally, you choose your buyers. What's the point of a thread? You should have just messaged all the buyers you like and ask them to buy it. So folks before you buy a domain or even state a domain SOLD, you guys should pm maximumhost and wonder if he flavours you before you're allowed to buy it. And who knows he might have many private sales on all of them too. So beware before you pay this seller for "your" domain, it might already have been "SOLD" to someone else. I have all the rights to buy the domain you're up for sale with a price. It is openly shown "up for sale for $4". I also have all the right to PM Kerr if he will be interested to let me have the domain. If he did buy the domain before me, he would have posted it SOLD in this thread right away as well. The reason he did not is because there is no official deal at that point of time. There is an official deal confirmation only after I stated purchasing the domain and that maximumhost choose to sell it to Kerr. Coincidence that both buyer and seller "forget" to post SOLD? It is after many hours that I stated SOLD.
anyway, even if the domain is free now, I will not want to have do business with such a seller ever.
Regards,
Flora.
