Some advise on development

Hey everyone,

i have this domain : quickhowtos.com
and I want to develop this into a website.

i'm pondering what content to put in it , i was thinking putting in howto's on a specific subject, or make a directory with links howto's in general devided in categories.

if anyone could give me some advise on how to develop it , please do so

Something that seems to be on the popular rise atleast from what I have seen is stuff like "life hacks" or being more "green". I think if you could create some unique content on stuff like that and how to make life more efficient then that would be a plus for your website. Just my .02

i have a service provider , just parked it at Sedo until i figure out what to do with it
