As I mentioned a year ago in this thread, I sold just over 1,700 domains last year, and hoped to sell fewer this year (but of higher quality).
Well, that goal was reached, barely. My final 2008 tally is 1,567 domains sold, with a somewhat higher average margin. Profits came out about the same (this year's extra revenues were largely reinvested in my portfolio, which has a greater worth now than at the end of last year).
I also hoped to develop more domains, and I've done so, with about 10 developed to varying degrees (the list is at randomo.net). Still not getting much income from them, but I hope that'll pick up as the sites gain age and ranking.
New Year's domain resolutions for 2009: still fewer sales (with still higher margins), and even more development. I hope all of you achieve your own goals for the new year!
