For some reason it strikes me as a blue diamond. But I’ve never confirmed the theory with another English speaker. Maybe I’m just still trapped in the 1980’s .....

'fine' or 'pure' are better, solid has no meaning in this case really. Maybe a brand but again 'liquid' is better.

Maybe you get pay day at some point.

Not a new G man myself, too much competition for other unregistered new g's

There is a LOT of different trademarks for "Solid Gold" in a variety of different fields

What end product did you think of?

First rule of domaining, don't get too attached to a domain.
Does that rule apply to marriage and parenting? Sine things are just not for sale at any price. It’s the way of the world.

So let me get this right

You register an ok domain, join a domaining forum, ask for an appraisal, literally brag that its one of the best domains ever created, then say it will never be for sale.

I only have one question....

Why join namepros and why waste everyone's time? Just tuck your domain under your pillow and be done with it.

And that my friend is solid gold advice (y)

The product is “the indescribable joy of having solid.gold and knowing it will always be there until death”

killer marketing strategy ... simply add the letters COM to everything no matter what it is and refer to oneself as an “old g”

If it has revealed to you that the current locale might not be the ideal destination for the efficient use of time, then I have done you a service. Don’t expect these little treats all the time.

HaHaHa.... I had to read it three times and it made more sense every time I read it.

You know what..... I don't think I'm going to argue with that (y)

picking up on trademark issues comment. A couple of areas covered below

https://trademarks.justia.com/870/94/solid-87094930.html
https://www.trademarkia.com/solid-gold-73290367.html
https://www.trademarkia.com/solid-gold-85808248.html

Depends what your gonna do if your going to hold until end of time as suggested are you going develop site? If so further research on appropriate sector is needed. You have come on this site looking for opinions....when people give their time to provide free honest advice don't knock them for it. Everyone entitled to their own views.
