Sold a name thru NameDrive Spotlight/Park&Sell??

Hey all,

I recently got an offer to buy one of my domains that I had in NameDrive's Spotlight Domains... I accepted the offer, received the buyer's email, and sent him an email but have not heard back in about a week...

Has anyone had experience w/ this?

If the guy wanted the domain, wouldn't he reply to my email...

When I recieved inquiries through NameDrive and ParkingPanel I tend to get about a 30% buy rate... So... I would guess that 1/3 or 1/4 offers may turn into a sale. But do buyers flake? Oh yah... just lost a high x,xxx sale. (made me grumpy..)
