Software for languages

I am really curious , whether there is a software which can be used to key in the text, i.e. for eg I need Hebrew word or phrase , that should translate me the word in English and vice versa.

And so on with all the other languages.

There are many online translators and dictionaries available. One popular multilingual translator is Systranet.com. Many more can be found via a Google search. I actually have a list of dictionaries and translators by language - see my signature.
