Don't know much about the LLLL.com market but thought I should share these sales.

coez.com 3,000 USD 2012-10-24 Sedo
loez.com 1,700 USD 2017-01-23 NamesCon
zoez.com 700 USD 2015-03-15 NameJet
moez.com 466 USD 2011-06-19 GoDaddy
oezz.com 400 USD 2016-03-06 GoDaddy
oezs.com 380 USD 2016-02-15 NameJet
loez.com 380 USD 2015-11-25 NameJet
oezh.com 340 USD 2016-03-03 NameJet

soes.com 7,650 USD 2006-11-22 Private
gsoe.com 562 USD 2007-12-16 GoDaddy
usoe.org 305 USD 2016-12-21 GoDaddy
zsoe.com 159 USD 2014-10-29 GoDaddy

Wholesale prices are usually $200+ but this one is pronounceable and also passes the radio test (sort of) so it will get a higher price than random LLLL.com's.

End-user: It all depends on what the end-user is willing to pay, several TLD's are developed so there are many potential buyers out there. I would ask for low 5 figures but might settle at mid $xxxx..

Edit: Didn't even notice that this LLLL has a word (SO) and an 'acronym' (EZ) .. great LLLL imo.

I know that tone is difficult to detect online. And I am one dry mofo, I can say mofo right? Anyways . . . and I am new to domaining. But in my most sincere voice where do LLLL come from that are $200? I am not trying to be a jerk. I am asking sincerely. The only way I see LLLL going for $200 is if reseller is strapped for cash and has to liquidate. Ofcourse some are better than others. And you alluded to as much in your post @Haris I don't see soez being available to a reseller for less than 4 to 5XX. To an end user, @Haris I think you are spot on!!

It's also a spanish word, 21+ years old and receives about 22k exact monthly searches.

It is good brandable with great meaning (SoEZ = So Easy). While resell value might be still in $300-700 range, end user can pay much higher than for regular pronounceable LLLL, because of its meaning...

Buy it now price for it can be set in $4000 to 10000 range with realistic chance at sale...

I have CVEZ.com that I am planning to develop...

It very catchy and pronounceable. Reseller price $ 300 + but at the same time end user value is very high for this domain High xxxx + for sure . IMO
