What do you think about snapnames? I won an auction with them, the company that acquired my domain (http://oldworldaliases.com) they have zero support, i have chanced my nameservers, but after 3 days my domain still point to a parking service that has nonthing to do with me! When whois is done then i see my nameservers, but the domain still don't point to my nameservers! i have emailed them but still no response, talking about world class support :td: . Then if you want mail-forward or domain-forward you must pay for this service when the most registrars has this for free! Has someone this problem or is only me that has this kind of problem?

When I have ever had a problem with a snap won domain I have just emailed them (snap) and made them "fix" it with the register. I payed them so they can make the product available/functioning properly (the least they could do I believe). They have come through quickly every time.

good luck, Gary.

Snapnames contracts out with as many registars as they can to improve their odds of getting the requested domain for the client - some of the registrars they use basically only exist to grab drops.

As others have suggested, email Snapnames ... and also mark your calender - wait 60 days and transfer it out to the registrar of your choice...

In the meantime, there's a small chance that you may not be able to fully utilize the domain as you would like at the current registrar; chalk it up as another cost of playing the drop game.
